Default Washed the Car

This is how the car got dirty. This is from last Monday 3-21-11 Day Away From Work DE & Auto - X with PCA GPX. This is at Streets of Willow. We had a big rainstorm here Saturday and Sunday before. This was my 3rd timed lap and my best 77.842

Car is my 2008 Low Option - Xenons, Meteor Paint And XPA Wheel only. I bought this car August 2009 CPO with 1740 miles on it.

Car is on Bridgestone RE-11s with proper alignment, toe links, Wevo SS motor mounts, good lsd. Sport Button On, Shocks On (Stiff), TC Off.

You can see I am taking it easy because track is a little wet and dirty in some spots. Had to alter my line a little bit in a few locations.

Then I spent 7 hours Sunday and about 3 hours today bringing it back with washing, polishing & sealing.

Wow! Looks beautiful. I love the fact that you ride her hard and then make her look show room new again when you're done. Great looking car.

Well done. You'd never know that it had been out in the elements. What sealant do you use on the Meteor Gray??

Awesome! Looking good. I have wanted to go try Streets of Willow, looks like a lot of fun. Always great to see folks enjoying a nice trackday.

In racekeeper with a video session open you can go Configure->Gauge Manager-> and there is a Carrera or GT3 specific gauge option

I washed the car thoroughly with Simple Green (wheels, inside fenders & under / low sides) used P21S Car Shampoo on paint. I used a little Meguiars Cleaner Wax on the rubber marks on the rear factory plastic quarter shields.

I then used Klasse All in One Cleaner

After that I Used Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze

It is really hard to believe how much time you can spend fooling around detailing the car. I probably had an honest 9 hours in it from start to finish after everything was done including interior, glass etc.

BTW / the car has a Venture Shield clear bra on the complete front bumper, complete front hood, complete front fenders, mirrors and strips behind rear wheels.

Thank you. I did not know that.

I think your Spyder will be the perfect choice for "Streets of Willow" and bring one of the RS's for Big Willow. PCA & POC are both there frequently throughout the year. Please come down.
