It's a shame the expression laugh out loud has been usurped by a generation incapable of spelling anything more complex than a TLA ... or knowing the definition of "usurped."
I guess it's equally shameful the human species makes itself unique by caging other species for entertainment. Especially when they have opposing thumbs and human-like faces. I'll add the word anthropomorphism to the list for the younger generation's "word a day" regimen.

The raccoon is trying to get in, not out. We have a whole family of 5 raccoons living in my back yard, nicely sheltered in a drainage pipe connected to the lake.
Many snakes, squirels and an occasional otter too.
Animal lovers we are until they eat the dog.
