It's a shame the expression laugh out loud has been usurped by a generation incapable of spelling anything more complex than a TLA ... or knowing the definition of "usurped."
I guess it's equally shameful the human species makes itself unique by caging other species for entertainment. Especially when they have opposing thumbs and human-like faces. I'll add the word anthropomorphism to the list for the younger generation's "word a day" regimen.
Yeah, I really sucked the fun right out of that pic. Sorry. But then again, the silver lining on the cognitive dissonance cloud is humor itself. Or the abundant absorption of polyphenols (you know.)

The raccoon is trying to get in, not out. We have a whole family of 5 raccoons living in my back yard, nicely sheltered in a drainage pipe connected to the lake.
Many snakes, squirels and an occasional otter too.
