Hi, I actually don't have a roll cage in my car, I use the roll cage mounts when I ever I rent the Caterham at the circuit. I never took any pictures of the camera when it was mounted on the caterham. Maybe this link will help you see what the video looks like with the roll cage mount (sorry about the sound, I had it on the wrong setting) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idKImkLx_ds

The camera is very sturdy and I had no problem getting it on the roll bar. You can also point it where you want cos it has a lot of adjustable joints.

When I take my car to the track, I use the suction to stick it on the inside of my windscreen - see this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emFENDgLvTo

A few guys stick the camera on the outside of the car (on the roof) using the suction... very brave, I've never seen the camera come flying off but I believe it has happened...

The camera I use is the wide angle lens which a bought a while ago. The ones available now are HD...

I use the Go-Pro roll bar mount along with some of the other hardware to adjust the angle; works well sorry no pics. But it's very easy and intuitive.
I use one of the small stick on mounts on the roof looking backward and it's quite solid

Hey Ziad - thank you for taking time to do this - appreciated. I am assuming the roll cage on the Caterham has a horizontal bar across? I am trying to figure out a way to fit the GoPro on the diagonal - I now have the roll cage mounts but it's not easily done I will work it out though.

Is it me or is your Porsche super fast? Seems VERY quick - awesome!

Hi, yes the Caterham has a hortizontal bar up top, but you can easily adjust the camera to go on vertically or diagonally - I'm surprised you are having difficulties, it should be relatively straight forward with the mounts. I will take a few shots tomorrow to show you...

Thanks! Yeah it's pretty quick, it churns out around 480bhp with race fuel (I always use race fuel on the track) I love it and have been toying with the idea of selling it for a 997GT2, but cannot bring myself to let go... Especially when the weather is cool, but when summer kicks in, performance drops quite considerably ...

What are you driving?

I use the suction cup and mount on rear window for a rearview scene. Love it when a sandbagger toys with u for most of the session and then proceeds to pass u on the second to last lap to the checkered flag. Mike

This was made with the I/O Camera Mount and the GoPro camera. Go to Youtube and watch on 1080p full screen. Works very well, I am pleased.
