Electric Lizard

Speaking of lifters, after a 25 minute run on a hot track this weekend, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the left side of my engine. It went away above about 1,500 rpm and was not noticeable after a 80 mile drive home. What do you think? A combination of hot, thin oil and low rpm oil pressure? Normal?
