SharkWerks Exhaust on local 2010 997.2 GT3

Default SharkWerks Exhaust on local 2010 997.2 GT3

I had read recently that a service center had wanted to charge someone 7 hours for the installation so I figured I'd show you this one that we did here that only took an hour and a half and without the aid of the lift too It really is quite simple to install. This nicely-optioned local white 2010 997.2 GT3 came into us for the SharkWerks Bypass Exhaust system. The owner wanted to remain stealthy and liked the factory tips so by using our factory style flange he was able to retain them.

In she comes for surgery:


Off comes the bumper, heat shields and stock exhaust:


On goes the SharkWerks exhaust:


The bumper goes back on and due to the flange we use on our exhaust you can re-use the factory black tips or indeed after-market ones:


Ready to leave:

Hey Michael could put one of Alex's exhaust on the new car at Road Atlanta in a couple weeks... Oh yeah, you have a Cheerleading thing with your daughter.... Oh well. We will miss you... And yes I am evil.....

Just saw that it was already "Sharkwerk'd" over on 6speed. Very cool.. You must be very happy. Got to see it sometime.

sounds amazing, making me wish i went white GT3.2 instead of the Cayenne...

love how the sport setup is still fully functional as well.

Have your point by finger ready for one

before you track the RS....take off that ti exhaust

the track heat will make it rattle like there is loose bolts in it.....ask trakcar "warranty king"

i never even seen the ti exhaust, my beast came sharkified and you may or may not see that point by finger
