The real question is: Would Jeremy Clarkson have been able to hold the drift cleanly?!

I think the expression or idiom you're inviting is "does not suffer fools lightly" ...

And what a machine it was! It still destroyed the R8 after that whack and probably a crap alignment as a result thereof...

holy crap, now that's car control.

That happened to me when I incorrectly adjusted my motons but like every turn. Went through a set of tires in that session. I'm very proud to say that I stayed on track the whole time. My kung-fu is strong.

Good catch, lol, I wish. No, just going from memory of previous posts here and might have been thinking of this one:

André also has posted some good Ring vids here: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...g-gt3-lap.html

I'm not sure we should be all that critical about the following car. I've been behind spinning cars lots of times and you need to make a quick decision which way to go. If you can get past quickly, you can be pretty sure where the spinner will be. If you hesitate, the options multiply and you have to worry about the guys behind you. Obviously, the video doesn't give you much sense of depth so the OP may be 100% correct, but there may also be another side to the story.
