Need your opinion on what wheel color choice for my 997.1 GT3
I am torn on what wheel color I should go with on my 997.1 NB GT3.
My GT3 is Carrera White with PCCBs.
I will be installing red seatbelts and a 997.1 RS wing down the road.
The two colors I am looking at for my wheels are GUARDS RED or WHITE GOLD.
I am either painting/powdercoating my stockers, getting OZ ultrallegeras, or a 3-piece wheel that looks like the BBS centerlocks.
THANX FOR YOUR OPINIONS, ADVICE, and HELP!!!!!!
Here are pix of the red with white wheels...
THIS IS THE ONLY PIC I COULD FIND OF WHITE GOLD WHEELS ON CARRERA WHITE

I'm not crazy about the red wheels,... specially together with the yellow calipers of the PCCB's.
If I where you I would consider Black Wheels they are perfect for a white GT3, (they go well with almost any color GT3).
Gold wheels on a 997.1 I don't think so....
Black OZ Ultraleggeras they sure will look nice.

Black goes well with your yellow calipers. While you're at it paint the mirrors and wingtips the same
IMO white gold only works when you have other strong, contrasting accents on a white car--e.g. the black side vent on the 2RS, the brushed aluminum wing struts on a 3RS. Don't think that combo works on a gen1 car as well.

Yes, E88's are perfect too, I will have two sets for sale from my NB GT3's, one set has red centers, the other is silver centers.
I used them only on the track, some guys say they can be damaged if used on the street, in my experience they are very strong, never bent one.

Thanx for the replies guys!!!!
My prior white cars that i owned were white with black wheels.... just wanted a change from black wheels.
Keep your opinions and thoughts coming. I might just stay with black..... who knows.
TIA

it's most appropriate.
if not red, i would just say with silver. too many black wheels now.
or if you want to be different. paint the mirrors orange then paint wheels to match.

what you think about white/green?
On a porsche
But was thinking FIRE ENGINE red would be the safest way to go Mooty.
And yes, too many white with black combos, but it is still classic.
