TC + SC turns itself on? TPS not working right
I get a lot of flat tire warning on the track with TPS on my track wheels.
Once I really had a flat tire and the TC and SC turned itself on.
I could just push the buttons to defeat it again untill I heard flop flop flop..
I've heard that even cars without TPS had the system turn itself on and they have to restart the car to defeat it again just to have the system turn itself on again after hundred feet or so.

Anyone know about this "feature"?
Anyone know how or why it turns itself back on?

Anyone else had this happen?

It could be that maybe after market tires give diffrent revs per mile. The car has several track days all with the same tires (Yokohame slicks), without it coming on?

Peter, what are you trying to say? That you like the TPS because you usually drive without nanny assist, but when you got a flat it signaled it to turned on?

dudes, this is why i "kill" off my TPMS.
i dont mean i turn it off or by not using TPMS valves. i completely turned it off. the car has NO TPMS. when you flip the stalk on steering wheel to see TPMS air pressure, i simply no longer have that menu. it is GONE....

How do you "kill" it off? Is it a fuse, or do you really use a sledge hammer?
