Randy, what do you expect for a $159K MRSP. Thing is blinged out. I would never do it myself, but if they are throwing it in for free, I could live with full leather, red stitching, etc. Sport Chrono can be covered with 2 cent piece of duck tape. More airo dynamic and better looking
I don't like the leather, it is too hard to clean after mowing the lawn

Plastic for me.....like me womens enhancements

Here's a good one..... I think it's been flying under the radar because the autotrader add lists color as " Plum crazy purple "!!! No chrono wart, no stickers, no bs options.... I made an offer back in august...they turned me down...new asking price is less then my offer LOL !!

Yeah.... It's a very cool one. Thicker steering wheel, lightweight headlights, silver painted wheels, PCCB. It has been titled... so buyer will be 2nd owner... It had 26 miles on it when I saw it ! They were asking 169K back in august..

dealer is into that slate gray car for 6-7k below msrp
it is a terrific spec
purchased originally by a friend of a friend from Porsche dealer in Monterey, ca
delivered to and titled in OR (no sales tax)
sold to Newport for a 6-7k loss
one of the best if not the best spec'd cars currently available

no affiliation - just sharing a bit of history

I think the msrp was mid 150s

Funny...I drive by Newport Auto Center everyday in my new 2011 GT3 and see that RS there. I think its been there since September? They also have a white GT3 that came in about the same time. Lots of construction going on there, so maybe heavy on inventory? Scratch my head on why they can't move those..

I orderd mine in June from Circle in Long Beach, great guys, great service, great price. Funny how I live 2 miles from Newport Auto Center.................hmmmmm...

I think it is quite simple - at today's market values, they are upside down and don't want to admit it... local reputation notwithstanding

in this particular instance, the smart guy was the guy that sold at msrp less 6 or 7 as long as he did not plan on keeping it.

Dealers... lol. When I looked at this car in August and offered 150K, salesguy told me they were into it for 164K....and yeah, sticker was 157-ish ?? Glad I bought somewhere else. It is a killer spec.

I just saw your stable.....I had a 2010 Mini JCW too! What a blast that car was!!!! Then it was an M6 for a couple of months, and finally the GT3......got the GMG x-pipe, unplugged the flappers, and it sounds like a cup car.. rattles the showroom windows at Newport Auto Center when I blast up Coast Hwy full tilt...
