Default Endless RF 650

Guys,
I'm going to put Endless in my RS for tracking this year. I'm probably going to have the dealer do it. How many bottles do I need?

Thanks, Scott

Speaking here without personal knowledge, but you may want to ping fc-racer on this one. The Endless fluid may give the pedal a too firm feel that makes to brakes too sensitive to entering ABS mode (a nightmare) so please check around before doing this. Nothing wrong with the fluid per say, it just may not mix well with the ABS module's interpretation of what you are trying to do.

SRF works great and used by many GT3's.

I know SRF works and Motul RBF660. I use RBF660 as many of the PCA GT3 racers do. For a complete flush have 3 bottles on hand...I usually use just 2.

As I said, nothing wrong with the fluid, but the cups don't use our street programmed ABS module.

I am not the expert on this, I said to ping fc- racer who has tried it and I believe had issues with the ABS intervening too often.

Jack Baldwin who's a pretty popular name in racing swore by endless when I met him a couple years ago, now he's made the switch back to SRF. Jack does a a lot of work with the cayman series and helps those guys with napoleon Porsche in the Chicago area

There is no harm in trying it. I heard about the issue so I just wanted to pass it along. I have many personal misgivings about the GT3's ABS control module and how it handles bumpy tracks, change is loads (braking downhill), etc - and how the ABS module then triggers varying degrees of ice-mode, so if the car doesn't like a certain type of brake fluid and it might trigger ABS where other fluids do not, then it's probably better not to use it since ABS sucks on this car.

Personally, I would actually like you to try it and see if the single data point that I know can be backed up or not.

I love the Endless, but my car has no ABS. It is factory fill on the GT3 racecars, but not sure if any of them has ABS - I think some do.

Motul is more than enough for your GT3 and heavy DE use. Most everyone I see racing on the club level at the track has moved away from the expensive SRF to Motul RBF660....however if you have money to burn the SRF will work just as good.

Ok, think I'm going to try Motul. Do I need the 660 or is the 600 enough? My track is Mid Ohio. I will probably do 6 weekends there this year 3 days each.

You need to do a full flush with the Endless RF650 just like the SRF. We use it on cars with ABS as well with no problems. I recommend 2 L for a full flush (4 cans). You might not end up using all of it, which means you have some left to spare. It is OEM fill in the 997 Cup Cars & RSRs.
