Ouch...just got a pang of guilt realizing that mine is getting close to a year old, and has just over 2k miles. But very few of those miles have been in a straight line...
Don't feel bad, I think back to the week when Carrera GT 0234 was here and wonder why oh why did I spend any time in the office at all... 1100 miles in six days was an opportunity wasted. Well, almost wasted...
But really, do get out there and drive that thing — you'll never regret the miles when you're forced to remain horizontal.
Mine came with Goodyears. Haven't received my issue yet to know what you are referring to, I have had no issues with them.
Can't speak to the Goodyears, and have to trust Leh and Jared on that one — but I did try the Pirellis on a Spyder in Canada and found them to be not as sharp, responsive, or wonderful as the Bridgestones on the silver Euro car.
