Anyone here going / receiving the car?
Just wondering if they'll do anything special/cool.

I think it's February 14th. Good choice eh? It's bad enough it's V-Day but it's also my wifes birthday. My friend asked me to go but I had to decline considering I want to live.

The 14th is on a Monday. Odd.

But that leaves an opportunity open;
You could fly in early a romantic "valentines weekend" in Palm Beach on the beach and collect the car on "Monday"?

To bad you have to miss 48hoursatSebring the week before.
That would seem like the ultimate event to introduce the ultimate 911...
I'm going to try and snoop around on Monday @ PBIR the GT3RS will blend right in right?

Well considering the gravity of the car, hybrid street and hybrid rsru racer, hopefully they can pull their crap together to do it good and proper. Not that the GT2 isn't getting all the stops pulled out for it! Wonder what the margin is on this one, GT2RS? Renting out a track and all for a few days ain't cheap. With the 918 let's Hope they rent Laguna and tell the locals to Eff off with the noise restrictions.

I've called a couple of places and no one wants to accept down payment on a 918 yet.
