If you like the clean lines and looks of the "European" style of helmet painting, then you can do no better than Tyler of Censport Graphics. I think he is the best in the business. For the simple cost of shipping, Tyler will find out what you like and dislike, and formulate a custom one-off helmet for you.
The cost depends on how much "bling" you want. His website has a basic breakdown of charges. My helmet had just about all the tricks done to it...chrome paint, carbon fiber dip, anodized bolts, etc....
Of course, here are some pics:
Give him a call, you won't regret it.
best,
Dan

First of all, thanks for the props on my helmet. Secondly, thanks for the great laugh about my name. I hadn't heard that one before. I'm more used to people turning my name into things like "Dr. Medusa" and so forth.
Back on topic though, I really think Tyler is a creative genius. The helmet you see before you is an evolution of design created by back and forth emails and draft designs over a few week period. I also got to say that Tyler is pretty patient as well and wanted to make sure the finished product was what I wanted. Needless to say, he completely blew away my expectations with this helmet.

i chimed in on the other thread by the same author but want to check in here too. both dan, gustavo, and mike romano are great peeps and i appreciate all of their kind words. i am most happy that they liked the process and the product so much that they take time out of their day to say good things about me.
both dan and gustavo were very involved in the design process as most porsche guys seem to be! and i don't mind it a bit, the more you know what you want in your design the better!
people have brought up indocil, savage designs, and cleber in previous forums and let me tell you, you can't go wrong with any of us. they (we) are all great guys. it just boils down to what artists' style suits you the best.
cheers,
ty

Here's Tyler's website.
http://www.censportgfx.com/index.html
Base paint job is $650. Add on extras from there.
I own a very high quality airbrush and I have a bunch of stencil material but I'm missing one key ingredient - Talent. A fella like Tyler is easily worth the cash. It takes a lot of time and a ton of skill to do what these guys do.
