Default 2011 GT3RS Undergoing World Challenge Serial #14

Gents

Just completed for a customer our World Challenge GT3-RS WC-GT3RS (street package)

Here are some pics:

The World Challenge package consists of the following upgrades and is available in 3 stages, this was a stage 2 car which has been the most popular upgrade for those of you who want a dual purpose car.

The level 2 car is an ideal car to drive around town because it is very street able yet shines on the track when pushed to the limit.

The World Challenge package consists of the following parts

Level 2

GMG RSR Roll bar

GMG WC-GT Mono 19" 19x9 and 19x12
Tires Pirelli Trofeo

GMG WC sway bar kit front and rear
GMG WC upper dog bones
GMG WC thrust arm bushing kit
GMG WC bump and toe steer kit front and rear
GMG RSR Style adjusatble thrust arms.
GMG WC Spec alignment - corner balance and ride height set

Exhaust
GMG WC Sport header set with catalyst - direct bolt on ( NO CEL lights)
http://www.gmgracing.com/porsche_exh...72header.shtml

GMG WC Sport center section

Aero
GMG WC wicker 10mm
GT3 Cup front chin spoiler for added down force

Each car gets a certificate of authenticity and serial number.

Level 3 cars are available with a 4.0 liter engine upgrade
We build a proper 4.0 liter with stroke, not like everyone else who just slaps in pistons and cylinders.
Level 3 cars also have revised dampers from Moton
Carbon components include front fenders, hood, lighter deck lid and carbon roof.

Please email me directly if you have any questions.

Enjoy!

Amber side markers match the orange wheels

I thought the car was normal white / red and that it was just the pictures making it look orange!
You're right. Love the non decal, none red lips!

Congrats on the no decals choise and the mods list. Car looks awesome with the Mooty orange details. : )

Some questions:
How are the trofeos on the RS?
what is the weight of the wheels you use?
there is no need for adjustable drop links since you changed most of the items?
And does the 4.O L uses oem 80.44 mm RSR stroke?

TIA

John

How do you corner balance if the drop links are not adjustable?

Curious on sway diameter and pinch point width? Are you going stiffer on both f/r sways and tightening up the whole platform a bit? Or just changing the rear stiffness?

TIA

You can still corner balance w/o non-adjustable drop links.. it just means that there might be some pre-load on the sway.. I think.. no?!

Yes, correct. And that is my point. If you are doing it "right" you need to adjust the drop links with drivers weight in the car. It does make a difference. Some would consider it not worth the effort, but my tech won't do it any other way.

I am very curious the difference in the GMG anti-sway bars vs OE bars as far as % stiffer or softer (presume stiffer).
