Come to think of it.....I think I got the Lightweight battery on my 2011 gt3 at no charge too!!! (And I'm glad I didn't get the adaptive seats -- free or otherwise, but the battery I will take!

I'll check the window sticker tonight when I get home. Almost positive it is there.

There is a difference between the two batteries offered;

Option code ZLR = standard lightweight battery
Option code 191 = Lithium Ion battery

if you take those seats out for buckets (for harness), you will be shocked at how heavy they are.

Yeah they look heavy and prolly at least an extra 30lbs each if not more. My brain says I should swap but my butt says no lol

it's cheaper if you just go buy a DVD called buns of steel. then the seat will feel great.

On the subject of lightweight batteries, is there a difference really between Porsche's 12-lb Li-ion battery and, say, a Braille B2015 battery that weighs 15 lbs but costs $180? Beautiful RS, by the way. I love the color combo and agree, the adaptive sport seats are sooo much more comfy than the sport buckets!

I believe they're 47 lbs heavier than the standard sport seats and 65+ lbs heavier than the buckets. So, you're probably right, 30+ each.
