+1 I’m a So. Cal. Boy originally but have lived here for nearly 43 years. I feel a need to support my local team; I always separate Porsche and baseball! Now if the Rangers were playing the Dodgers in the WS I would definitely be cheering CJ along. In this scenario I will acknowledge his accomplishments and wish him well but not a win. Someone once said “being a Giants fan is must like being addicted to heroin, in the end they both let you down…………………..hard!” Hopefully this year that will change, however at the end of the day it is just a game! It’s nothing like racing!

PS I am about 120 miles north of SF, we got 1.04 inches of rain from 5:00 yesterday afternoon to this morning. It rained all during the game last night and is still. I am guessing you guys in the Bay area will get today what we got last night. So maybe todays game will be canceled! Which will be a bummer!!

he rented our friend's house in Pac Hts a year or so back, agent wanted to negotiate that he wouldn't have to pay while traveling (nice try)
had 3 dogs, kinda trashed the place, not like a rock star or anything, but it is a nice Pac Hts place.
anyway, not sure what he drives (now - post contract) but he is a burner!
tonights game should be great! perhaps the pitching dual we all expected last night. Cain has been a monster all year - Good Luck CJ!
30% chance of showers....they will be playing ball tonight

Cain has been the most consistent Giants pitcher during the post season...0.00 ERA, Wow. CJ's gonna have his work cut out for him - he better bring his "A" game, and the Rangers better play some D (hear that Vlad - err, if you start tonight) if they hope to win. Of course, the Giants bats can go sub-zero in a heart beat so who knows what'll happen...no one would have predicted last night's result.
I was a long suffering Rangers fan when I lived in Dallas more than a few years ago (well at least I went to the games...the beer was cheap in the bleachers at the old park ) but been a Giants fan for many years now so although CJ is a distinguished certified Porsche nut and track rat - GO GIANTS!
