OEM bar can be sourced from Carnewal. Anyone know if it works with SPP?

Is the OEM a single piece or bolt together? Does it mount like the RSS and GMG bars or does it have plates in the rear?

Just so I'm not confused, is it the one listed as Roll Cage P96 GT3 RennSport or
Safety Roll Bar For P96 Cars, or neither Just want to order the correct one. I'm assuming its the bar.
thanks!

It's bolt together, which is visible in photos on Carnewal site. It also has attachment points for front bar (available from Carnewal as well). Not sure about rear plates. The OEM bar can be spec'd with Sound Package Plus option on Porsche website so the rear mounts must be somewhat different than some aftermarket bars that interfere with SPP hardware on rear deck. I'm sure Carnewal can answer any questions on this.

You'll want to confirm directly but I assume if you own a 997 GT3 you'll want the bar described on their website as "Roll Cage for P97" in the "Upgrades/P97" section.

Again, I haven't installed a bar yet so you'll want to contact them directly to sort all the above.

Photo below is from Carnewal website.
