Default Need help with my Porsche club sport rear cage

I need your help with pictures and descriptions of the black tape which protects the paint where the harnesses wrap around on the original Porsche club sport rear cage. I would like to know if the tape wraps all the way around with no paint showing in between and how wide the tape is on each side (passenger side and drivers side) anybody knows where I can find the tape? Any installation tips? I was one of the few lucky ones and have the original mounting plates on the floor behind the seats.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks BRB and if you could measure the tape, that would be great!

Hahaha, I noticed it after I posted my reply, English is my second language and I am not too familiar with the abbreviations.

I tried measuring the tape itself, but it is quite hard as it is not easy to reach. From my measurement it seems to be 38cm wide.

Does it look like the tape is wrapped around 180º, 270º or all the way around 360º where the ends meet?
Ok, is each side the same width, 38cm? If the tape is not wrapped all the way around, how is the tape installed, is the open part facing down or forward towards the driver?

I appreciate your effort, this is very helpful!

Here you can see where the tape stops on the bottom part. It is not all the way around

I’m not sure it’s a tape to begin with. Think it’s a rough processing of the bar.

Where can you buy the tape (if in fact it's tape), rubber end caps or any parts for the bar for that matter? I'm looking for some of these pieces for mine as well.
