FYI folks:
if traveling through North Dakota this time of year be sure to book a hotel 4 weeks in advance.......
every hotel in a 6 hour radius was FULL.
12:00 midnight i pulled into a dark parking spot in front of hotel and slept in the RS!
Full cage, GT2 buckets........
girlfriend and dog.....
Yes it was horrible. 27 degree muggy heat too.... i would periodically turn the car on for the A/C.
I used the Porsche tecquipment cup car cover with duffle bag as pillow.
Needless to say i was up 6:00am and back on the road for a hotel in Minneapolis!

I'll buy you a beer if you're spending the night in or around Chicago.
Just let me know.

LOL, even getting to the adventure is an adventure
Drop a line if you need a place to crash... oops, wrong word, I mean to sleep. Georgetown, 10k north of 401 between Oakville and Mississauga. Lots of room and dog friendly.
e-mail or pm.

if your girlfriend is still your girlfriend after this adventure, time to marry her. keeper for sure!
cannot believe you slept in GT2 buckets. my son wanted to try that the first night with the car and no way i could fall asleep in prone position on that seat. actually i think thats the point. comfortable enough to sit in long periods but not reclined so you feel too relaxed. good luck!
