LOL, but seriously that's what my coach told me.
approaching the turn (T1 at TH), i am on brakes, he goes... "john, good, off brakes, off.... of the brakes, let go the fkg brake, get your foot off the brake... gas gas gas....more gas, mash it...."

i am losing about 3 seconds on a 2 min lap. i need to get some *****.
