Is that a computer rendering or an actual car?

It has black exhaust tips -- or so it seems.

And does decal delete not also delete the checkers? (That's why I assume it's just a mock-up.)
I am going to put black HREs on my car soon too ... shame its not an RS!

But you knew this already, Cole
Bloody brilliant. Now how freakin' hard could it be for Porsche to offer this combo as a standard color?

Amazing, with how much some of you dislike the Panamera it is a miracle at all that it is leading YTD sales!

Suspect the average GT3 owner is not the Panamera's target market....

IMHO, the newest winner for the best color combo on a MK2 GT3RS. I could even like the decals with this color combo.

As for the 1 car in July, I guess that was Larry Cable ... : )
There are about 30 new GT3 RS's for sale on cars.com with a couple even below $140K. Some dealers have already been delivered extra cars they were not expecting which may be part of the reason why so many are available.

Here is something interesting. Does anyone have a dealer that has received 2011 GT3 allocations? My dealer has received GT2 RS allocations, but not a single GT3 allocation yet.

Just goes to show how much the 'tube inhabitants know eh? Whoever did the market research on this one deserves a raise. They sure found an untapped niche.

Really? Where is the dealer? And when you write plural allocations for 2RS, how many exactly did they receive? MSRP or mark-up? Super curious. Thanks!

Guilty as charged.

Even so, driving the Panamera is great fun. No ... seriously! It's just a matter of walking up to the car backwards so you don't see it ... feel for the door handle ... close your eyes and think of England.

Goes to prove that Porsche really did their F'ing homework when they came up with this car. There is no way they would make this car without knowing how much they were going to make. Best performance in class PERIOD.

I wonder about that statistic! I would believe that more women would own a Panamera compared to the other models. Way more practical than a 911 and not as bulky as a Cayenne! But do we buy 911s because they are practical?

I think most GT3 owner would jump into a Turbo if they wanted more luxury than their GT3!

I get to test drive the new Cayenne TT at the Porsche Zentrum (SP?), truthfully looking forward to this because it is my first Trip up to Monterrey and Carmel for the annual event.

Baron:

Although not a historic color, did you ever consider Cobalt Blue? I'm enthralled by the almost-purple tint, lending the hue a deep, royal quality.

However, that Riviera Blue RS is stunning!

I've always been a huge fan of Porsches vast selection of "Blues" over the decades ...... 117 choices I'm told !

I was torn between;

Bali Blue (one of my '65 colors) slightly dark for this application
Oxford-Dalmation Blue (my '73RS #1583) too close to the stock '10 color
Mexico Blue ( Too third world sounding and too controversial topic at the moment)
Bahama Blue (very close to Riviera)
Riviera

I'm told that it will be the only Riv-Blue RS in the U.S.A but who knows.

I know that there is a '10 GT3 in Riviera because the owner posted some photos on RL.
