Not to drag this on and on, but.....I ordered Schroth Profi 2's Hans specific belts and all the belts have anchor latch style ends on them meaning that I need eyebolts to be able to attach the belts to the sub bar. I originally ordered the 996 GT3 sub-bar and it won't work (unless I modify it) to fit eyebolts. AND I have the 997 Euro 1 piece CS seats too. So many options with this stuff it drives you nuts. So I'm hoping the GT2 style bk sub bar's the everyone's referencing with fit the 997 euro 1 piece CS seats cause they are already setup to take the style Schroths I have. Anyone know if it's a direct fit?

who is doing your install?
you dont need eyebolt on strap bar.
you can take the metal clips off the crotch belts and wrap it arond the sub bar like how you wrap shoulder belt onto roll bar. there are A LOT of ways to do these things, and those who insist on GT3 specific belts are really not well versed in how the belts should be done.

and if you must use eyebolts, do not clip both crotch belts to one eyebolt. that is not how it's done.

Mooty, that would be perfect if I can take off the metal clips. Forgive my ignorance but what the optimal way to wrap it around the sub bar?

This video is excellent. I can absolutely finish this project now. You're right. Much more for humans.

So I proved you are not an alien. Cool, that was the point now ask mooty about the metal clips.

I thought those eyebolts were stitched onto the sub-belts and therefore wrapping and buckling via the sub belt bar was not an option ... ???

would probably need to get the appropriate buckle h/w from a schroth dealer such as HMS or similar right?

eyebolt is not on the belt
the clip that attaches to eyebolt is on the belt.
it's not stiched on. my is "wrapped" on, see above video.
