Default Porsche Parade Photos

Thought you might enjoy some photos from the Parade, I especially like the photo of the RS with big brother "Sparky" in the background...

Cole- Looks great! I want a "Do Not Touch" sign for my car Picture of a farmer looking guy holding a shotgun on it.

Your brake rotors look fantastic!

All friendly ribbing aside, that is some serious stuff, when everyone is up on jackstands polishing thier underbody trays and brake lines...

Your car does look fantastic. At least one 2010 3RS will remain museum quality. Hats off to your efforts and thanks for the pics.

Oh- more interior pics please! I just noticed your blue belt pass-throughs on the seats. Awesome!

Cole,

Thanks for the pix!

Have admired your work for years...but have lost track of your business name in the interim.

You're a funny guy today Pete...are shotguns legal in NV? Farmers?

Thanks Jack-I don't really have a business name anymore since I've been absorbed into the ministry, but I keep a small Facebook site for Scrogham Consulting which helps track of some of my part time jobs:
-free help for my father's restoration and sales facility (G&W Motorwerkes)
-part time support for former race team (Synergy Racing)
-more free help for the Porsche Parade writing copy
-on call for Motorsports Ministries at various race tracks
-book projects which may as well be free help too!
I guess I need to get back to work!

Savy-Interior, you mean like this? I had posted this earlier for someone interested in what the pass through option would look like, and some eagle eyed RL member only saw that there was a Daytona trophy in the background!
Also included a photo of more free labor, the youngest one sporting a special made GT3RS logo tshirt (can you see it in the gold?) for all of the "team" members. I thought of trying to do some in the red too, to sell in the Parade Goodie store and try to recoup some of the setup fees but never got time to do it.
Savy-give me your size and PM an address and I'll send you one since you have my RS' brother!

Cole,

Glad to see another blue/gold RS, congrats brother.

Interesting that you opted for silver rather than red seat belt.

amazing, I dont mind detailing my car, but I have no ambition to go that far.
BUT if I was indoors instead of in 110 degree heat maybe its different.

Another blue/gold? Are you one as well? From my research I have only found 6 cars worldwide which is hard to believe.

I'd be happy to send my other blue/gold friend one of my GT3RS shirts, PM me a size and address! There is a color matched gold logo on the front pocket and a larger one on the back, I have some kid's sizes, ladies M and Men's M and XL.

Yeah, just a personal preference that I don't like too much red, but I do like splashes of it (calipers, door pulls, hood crest, tail lights, etc). I am a pretty subtle sort, I love the silver stitching in the interior so got the belts to match and the carbon door sills with the silver RS logo. The gold is such a nice contrast, almost looks silver and is very complementary. Its a beautiful car as well as a mechanical work of art...we are lucky indeed.

You know you are serious about detailing when your tires have hair nets!

I love those blue trim pieces (shifter/pass throughs). Very nice touch. Surprisingly I like the silver belts as well. Car is sharp yet understated. Nicely done combo.

Cole,

Ahh yes, G & W and Synergy ring the bell!

The older I get, the greater the number of "cobwebs" to fight thru'
