The ROW 2010 GT3 has 2 threaded holes in the floor under the front of the passenger seat. The sub belts of the harness bolt right in and the Schroth harnesses even include the necessary bolts.

No the US cars has plenty of holes...just not the kind you're looking for...it is related to having more a#@ holes per capita than any other western nation..not sure why BP did not take this into consideration while digging.
