What a fantastic video!!! Thanks for sharing this! What a fantastically special place the Nurburgring is

That is a killer data overlay system they use. I have not seen that system before, has anybody else?

What passed him up at the 8:00 timing?

Also pretty cool to see him pull into the pits at the end!

It's VBOX. You can see the correct "credits" in the original file site:

it had an audi R8 look to it. with the wing. myabe thats that Audi R8 GT3 car they build. i think i heard there were a few R10s out in the Gt3 race config. probably a pretty nasty machine.

Well Rich, you and SPG993TT (posted above) have something in common as I bet both of your new RS's were on the same boat. Steve just took delivery of his this past Monday and had it at Monticello (with me in it as a passenger) this past Thrusday and Friday! Congrats to both of you for knowing how to order a P car correctly

From a racing perspective, the 'Ring 24 hr. has to one of the best experiences a driver can have (followed perhaps by Spa 24hr.) -- it really is a narrow, challenging, fun circuit that gives you the sense of going somewhere. I must drive it someday!

Great video.

R8 LMS looks incredibly fast and stable through the turns. They fly nice too...

With those wheels of the Audi out of view that sure does look like a "lift off" shot!

Is it just me or does it seem all the BMWs are on the slow side?
