RUF is nice, but expensive.

I heard that Ruf is terrible at paying their dealerships on time. I dealt with a dealership in NJ a few years ago and that is main reason they cited. The Ruf's are great people but I think that is the economics of the low volume manufacturer.

Hans, you run an incredible shop, and every time I have used RAC Performance, everything has been done right the first time.

I completely agree with your decision to diversify, and offer other brands.

Best of luck.

If this is a reality, it is 100% understandable. RAC is not in the charity business. When cash flow issues become serious, decisions need to be made. Keeping the company healthy is more important for themselves, their families and their clients than hanging in there for supplier.

Plus...becoming a Manthey dealer is nothing to sneeze at.

While it is sad news, I am glad you guys are branching out. I think diversification in this market is a good idea.

Good Luck.

Thank You, our thoughts exactly, we have added some very respectable names - Manthey - FVD - GMG
and branched out also into servicing/upgrading Lambo's Ferrari's etc
