RS Order In - thanks for the help!
Went to the dealer with a spreadsheet, two configurations, leathered up and spartan, and a coin to flip. Went spartan. Added XMJ since it ties the seat backs and dash strip together visually and saves a few ounces. The alacantara box lid provides symmetry. I got the fat wheel on my other 2 cars, so the stock wheel feels funny.
If the radio-delete cover was a nice carbon panel like in the Supperleggera, I would have done that. I took all the free options. Thanks for the suggestions and clarifications. I only wish the car could get here by next week in time for track season.

Re Carbon Cap console, wow, so it is fake CF? Sure looks real. It would be difficult to make a cap thin enough not to cause clearance issues. Is it a decal or sticker?

The real term I believe is carbon reinforced plastic. It's no a stick on but it's not lightweight carbon. I think it actually weighs more than the normal lid.

I don't know the construction materials, but it's certainly not a cheaply made item. In terms of laminates or whatever they use to form the outer layer, I don't think it's thin, but there's no real clearance issues in that area of the cabin and trim.

The comments about fake CF got me thinking about the $1700 I just committed to a fake finish and why a performance image company would use second-rate materials. Here's what I've learned.
I looked up CRP and "carbon reinforced plastic/polymer" on Wikipedia. That source says CRP is the same as CFRP aka "carbon fiber."
From the 2011 preliminary invoice, seat backs are "carbon reinforced plastic." GT2 seats look like CF to me.

This is what I meant by stickers. I've been around bikes for a while and we saw this stuff appear about 15 years ago. Recent stuff is really good.
I talked our local parts guy. He says it's not a sticker, but the underside looks like plastic-can't see a weave. I looked under my Ducati's fenders. No weave on the dull side.
My friend designs CF jet wings and I'll ask him what would look like CF and not be CF. I'm gonna call Suncoast and get their two cents.
Here's a pic of the OEM CF console. Pretty intricate shape to be "capped." Also, has some real depth to the carbon weave.
My buddy has got a CF console and I'm going to ask him to whack it with a hammer. If it doesn't shatter, that would be evidence of it being CF, but then again, it might be really thin CF and shatter and I will have to have a new one installed and we won't know anymore than we know right now. If any of you have a CF console, I'm not asking you to whack it. Just look inside the ashtray and see what you can see.

the last time I saw the underside to CF interior bits from porsche- they were uniform in texture throughout. so whatever it is, it's not a sticker. it's also really pretty.
the real ripoff is "painted black" interior pieces. they'll charge you like 2k for paint! for the radio! AMAZING.

My buddy won't return my voicemails, so the hammer test is on hold.
One of the veterans at Suncoast (they have sold a few "CF" parts) is pretty confident it's real CF.
To CJ's point, some of the upcharges on trim are high, so even though the console is priced like real CF, can't rule out being fake as other posters claim it is.

The metallic looking door openers on Porsches are not really metallic so it wouldn't surprise me if it was fake CF.
It's disappointing that Porsche is willing to do this kind of stuff. At least on a Ferrari, everything which looks metallic is metallic. I don't know about their CF...
