u know with ob being pres, global warming, the freaking asians doing nuclear weapons, terrorist everywhere, and pesticide on everything you eat, livesotck on steroids .... i might not be around in 2011. i enjoy today.
Trust me, I wake up each day, check my email and see some salesperson trying to sell me a new 2010 or 2011 Turbo slash Turbo S. I can't count how many times I said "F IT" let's go get one off the lot with PDK and Paddles. I know for a fact that I have burned several bridges with SalesPersons and Managers. Though I know that if I were to show up today with that $95K down payment they would say thank you very much Mr. Gulley and hand me the keys. It's just at the moment I don't know if I want to put down payments on income properties so I can generate more income.

Where do you all draw the line between justifying spending money on something like a Porsche or investing that money? I went for so long without ANYTHING to being independent. Just have to get out of that mode of thinking! All this at only 36 years old....

investing is smart!
bako must have better mkt. in sf today, you wont break even with anything less than 50% equity.

The only problem with Bakersfield is it is starting to turn into "Rental Town"!

A lot of LA investors are buying property to rent out here in Bako. Which is of course driving down the cost of renting a home. That is ok for rentees but not the rentors.

Tony if you want to buy brand new I'm certain there is some dealer in the US that would be more than happy to configure a GT3 to your liking with that color paint. Certain that it will cost you something around $5000 for a deposit due to it is not that popular; being non refundable too.

From what I can tell there are no Nordic Metallic GT3s sitting around at a Porsche Dealer in the USA at this time.
