Maybe I'm color blind, but I couldn't tell the difference between the Mexico and Riv Blue. The sun was pretty bright so maybe that was part of it.

Pretty hard to tell... Mexico seemed just a tad darker to me. Both looked good!

Any pictures of that CS? I think the car looks awesome though a tad overpriced since it's sourced outside the US!

It was basically impossible to tell the difference between the two where we first had them parked. I was starting to question if in fact maybe the cars were the same color. The first two pics are my shots from the first parking spot. That's Ken (race911) in the red shirt, showing everyone naked pics of himself on his iphone. Larry is in the Mexico blue shirt checking out Ken's pics.

JAMS saved my paint from a clueless lady in massive BMW 780-790. He said she came barreling in, climbed the curb on the other side of her car, then parks it with her drivers door just 12" from my car. JAMS put his body between her door and my car, and told her to get out through the passenger side, which she obliged. Thanks JAMS, I owe you one!

So, after hearing of said incident, and with more and more BMWs and SUV's encroaching, we decided it best to move our cars to a bit safer area. (before that BMW driver returns) We moved the cars to a more open area. No nearby trees this time and the cars facing opposite direction. In this lighting the difference in the colors appeared. The last two pics are from this location.

Really great meeting so many of you guys. I had a good time. Looking forward to future adventures!

Right place at the right time, Phil... I had my very first 911 (it was blue, too) dinged by a clueless lady in a Safeway parking lot, so I am a little paranoid now. It was good to meet you.

Phil
I can really see the difference in color in the last two pictures. Wish I had still been there when you guys moved them.

Good save on the door ding. I've seen worse down there, like when some lady ran her Mercedes into a Murcielago & jumped out of the car and ran away!
