I dont think there is any difference in suspension aside from larger footprint. Front slightly wider and rear wider than normal GT3.

Lightweight flywheel and shorter gear ratio makes the car feel much livelier. As mentioned above, the RS does have a dual intake system. You don't feel the power difference between both motors.

Compression ratio is different 12:1 for GT3, 12.2:1 for RS, power is up to 450 vs 435hp, RS is 55lbs lighter. Gear ratios are the same, but the final drive is 3.44 in the GT3 and 3.89 for the RS.

As they say an RS is an RS, or as my 9 year old would say you get what you get...

^ My RS is definitely a lot more comfortable, compliant and feels much better damped than my previous 997.2 GT3. The GT3 used to get this floating feeling as the rebound wasn't keeping up with the body movements. They've definitely changed something for the RS and it feels completely tied down & and rides almost as well as my old 991.1 RS did. Some of that could be due to sway bar positions and the wider track...maybe the electronic damper tuning is different.

I should add the TPC DSC module improves the dampening a lot in the 997.2 GT3, great mod

driven back to back the 997.2 RS feels on a different level.
better engine response, louder (mechanical) sound, suspension feels more direct, front end way less understeer, much better gearbox ratio.
RS is RS
