How much will this sell for? 07 gt3rs none pccb low miles
I made what I know was a lower end offer of 95K cash and seller passed. But I have seen some cars well equipped none pccb cars sell in the 95-100K mark. I know thats hard to stomach for some and sorry to note. But doyou think if someone shops right, patient, etc one can get a white (or green) gt3rs for 90-95K with low miles. (ideal would be cpo)
Thanks

It does appear to be a beautiful car. FYI, it has been for sale for over a year. Of course I know the starting point a year ago was above $130k; can't recall for sure how much above that. It may have been removed and relisted a few times, but it has been listed more than not over the past year.

100K
If he is is correct...I wasn't all that far off (5%) the the low end of his range.
Let's see if they come back...no high hopes but we will see.

I would also go $100-105K. Ruf had a similar white w/black that they sold for $105k. Whether or not it has PCCBs, makes little to no difference in resale value. Same goes for PCM and full leather. They pop you pretty hard when you buy the car new with these, just don't ever expect to get it out of the resale.

FWIW: RUF just sold a white RS for $115K. Same color, year and miles as the car at formula 1 but with PCCB and full leather.

in my research prior to buying, pccb cars, all other aspects being equal, command a $5-8k premium over iron rotor cars
cream puff, 07, pccb, full leather, <5k, cars are selling at $109-112k not from Porsche dealers
08s of equal spec and the inherent longer warranty remaining are going for roughly $5k more
in my experience white and green examples are commanding a slight premium over the other colors with orange being the least expensive at the time I bought simply because there happened to be a lot of orange ones on the market (publicly advertised and offered privately to me in response to my wtb thread)
