Nizer - can your dealer check the wheel for a part #? Or if you don't mind, can you please PM me your VIN? I'm going to somehow order this wheel after the fact. I didn't order it thinking you would lose the stripe, since this was the case in the Gen 1 RS. Thanks!

Not sure. I didn't order the black center section and until I see it person I'm not 100% sure that it is the black option. FWIW, I looked at a few wheels in my local dealer's showroom the other day that looked much darker to me but turned out were not the black option.

the CLA or leather wheel comes with matte black wheel trim on 2011 models. I'm guessing the got the trim in early and used it on your '10 RS. I got confirmation on this today. funny because they couldn't verify if the yellow stripe remained or not. thanks for confirming for me :-)

I can't give you hard numbers because car is in transit. The wheel is not as thick as it appears in photos and it feels normal to me while the standard wheel feels too small. If I were walking into a dealership and sat in the car for first time I'd assume it was the standard wheel for the car.

aftermarket wheel
I keep looking at the standard wheel and don't get it that the 3 spokes interupt the actual steering wheel. This is not a good looking (feeling?) wheel in my opinion.
I cancelled the CLA and rather get a aftermarket wheel for the $ 1100 which is an outrageous amount to charge for a little thicker wheel anyway.
