Sorry to revive this thread gents but I am trying to obtain the part number for the CLA option wheel with yellow centre stripe (as shown in the OP's picture).

The Suncoast part reference quoted previously appears to be for a plain Alcantara wheel.

Can anyone please share?

Thanks.

lemme check, I managed to capture one of these unicorns a while back from Suncoast when they had one that someone had ordered but not subsequently purchased...

time was, and rumour has it, you had to have an RS VIN# that had CLA option already in order to order ...

going to rummage in the garage and see what I can come up with...

its gorgeous ... and talking a lap of the Ring as well! - good man!

I thought the box it came in had the p/n on the outside (since I keep my old wheel in there) but it doesn't (well the shipping label was pasted over the Porsche parts label) so short of pulling out my airbag module I doubt I will be
able to find it for you

No problem and thanks so much for looking in the first place.

Don't get over to the Ring much these days but that photo brings back some good memories for sure! Love the car to bits too.

You have to have a VIN # of an RS that had the CLA option.

I believe the part number for the version without the yellow stripe is:
997-347-803-71-A34

Your other option if you want the thicker wheel is send a standard one to Dallas Steering Wheel and have him add the additional pad to make it thicker.

Re-covering the existing wheel may well be the option that I pursue since the CLA wheel with yellow centre marker seems so difficult to identify/source.

Thanks to all for the replies on this topic.

Yes. Unless you find one used somewhere

I can pop my airbag module and read off the p/n# if someone really wants it

From what I've heard is this wheel is extremely hard to get from dealers as well. A need must be shown why the wheel is being replaced, it's not as simple as just calling up with a vin. There are a very limited number of these wheels sitting around, if any left at all

I want to keep my OEM wheel in a nice box but I cannot stand how thin the current wheel is.

Also, the yellow stripe would go well with Speed Yellow!
ok will do - watch this space - I'll try and get to it before the weekend
