Default Where to buy 2010 RS decals

Call me crazy, but I actually like the decals on my 2010 GT3 RS. In person, they are not as in-your-face as some online pictures might suggest. I had planned to get the whole car wrapped in clear film. Ideally, you don't want to wrap over the decals, but I was going to take my chances, until my car showed up with the factory clear stone guard in front of the rear wheels. That is definitely thick enough that it would leave behind air bubbles. So I plan to remove all decals, wrap the car, then apply new decals. Problem now is my local dealer still does not show the decals in their system. Does anyone know of a source for FACTORY red 2010 GT3 RS decals? Thanks!

First, yes you are absolutely crazy! I simply can't stand those graphics. Best advice is find someone who has one on order, but does not want the graphics. I have heard in the past that you can have special instructions with the factory to have them shipped in versus on the vehicle.

Graphcis are goofy and not "in balance" If I do decals I rather go retro look, or leave itblank.

^ exactly, I've been thinking of doing black along the bottom of the door and rear wheel guard like the old 930's. I might try it out and see what it looks like against the white.

On a car like the RS, I like the decals. If I were lucky enough to be in a position to buy one, the decals are a must. I suspect down the road as the car becomes a collectable, the ones with proper decals will be worth more.

they are just stickers. easy enough to take off, get a new set cut, and reapply. factory responded to my dealer that they either come with the car or not at all. They won't deliver separate which is just stupid.

i'm not going to wrap the full car in PPF but a good portion of it so they will come off of my car and i'll have a new set made to replace.

you can get them at KI studios "porsche stripes.com"
custom aftermarket stripes and decals, i was thinking of putting the checkerboard decal on a carrera s
but dont want it to look "riced out". What do you guys with the real deal think, yes or no?
anyhow, thats where you can get those decals and then some.
not affiliated with this company at all, i just found them browsing the net...

ok... collectors maybe i will stir the pot...

1995 E36M3 lwt. they come with bmw motorsport flag decal on the car. unless the car is not driven and not under sun, i have seen quite a few with "differential fade" when the old decals are peeled off to get replaced. and had to try very hard to put new decal at exactly the same spot so the faded white wont be seen?

not saying it always happens, but i do worry though.
