Agreed, I just installed mine (very easy BTW) and can't tell any difference in vibration. Gear changes already feel more precise, can't wait to feel the difference on track.

Put in RS mounts today. One difference was that my fastener underneath took a star drive bit, not an 18mm socket.
my car is an ‘09 C2S. The part circled was what I had.

I'm interested in DIYing this too but had some questions about jacking up the crankcase. Do I jack it up so that the wheels come off the ground a few inches? Or just enough so that the chassis rises by a few inches, but the wheels are still on the ground?

Just enough to keep the engine in place. I actually had to lower the jack to get one of the mounts to seat properly.
