Wowzers! Can't imagine adding anything else to the existing 13 miles of the Nordschleife! Sure would be fun to send the GT3 back over there.

Larry or Henry, have either of you done this configuration before?

I have run the F1 circuit separately but never the VLN config of GP + Nordschleife (VLN)...

I hate to say it but I find the F1 section a little "dull" in comparison to the NS ... but I think having the ability to run this config is prety unique!

The GP circuit is available for TF on a limited schedule (here) . If you have driven NS and want to get a look at the GP track before driving the full circuit, its worth doing a few laps to get the line sorted out...

Wow, I didnt know they also opened the F1 circuit for laps also!

This is good advice, there are a couple of turns on the GP track that require some care, there is a map of the F1 circuit here:

+1. I definitely prefer the NS as well.

As good a chance as any for good weather in April. hell yesterday it was 11C, sunny, and dry (not on the ring)! perfect weather for driving! I'll be there for sure! Why don't you guys all purchase 1/10th of my GT3 and split it as a ring car so you don't have to ship yours over here. :-D

Hey Henry, things are good here with the soon to arrive new track season for me. The good news for you guys is that the Ring is melting at the point from all the snow it has gotten ths year. Best of luck with the season for you! The bad news for me is I just got another 8 inches of snow last night so must dig out the trailer and RV again!

As stated above they run the full Grand Prix + North Loop at certain times of the year usually starting in March/April.

As for the F1 loop, they've been running this circuit as tourist laps for the past year or so. I personally preferred the F1 more because not many people knew about it or would do it leaving the track less congested. The North Loop has become too much of a money making/marketing thing and no longer what is used to be like but i was going there since 2002...better times.
