Default 2010 gt3 owners: is lift system panning out to be worth it?

Now that the 2010 gt3's with the front axle lift system have been out for a while, I'm curious if current owners are finding this option invaluable, worthwhile, or totally unnecessary for street driving? Any problems with it so far? Thanks,

No problems so far...It is fast and works!
No scraping so far and I can no more easily get into my drive way.

These observations are a comparison to my '07 GT3

Definitely worthwhile. Works great, and makes it easier getting in and out of the driveway, steep drives like gas stations off the road, parking garages, and even on slow bumpy roads.

I use it every day, highly recommended. No scrapes so far.

I'd have to agree with all the comments so far, although it is a pretty expensive option. I do use it a lot and, for sure, it saves a lot of scrapes. The one drawback so far, is that I forget most times to turn it off. The manual tells you not to leave the car lifted when you park it. I'm working on training myself!

Thanks for the replies. You have convinced me that the lift is a must-have option for my car. Still haven't pulled the trigger.....Beverly Hills had a gt silver one in addition to your meteor gray, 24Chromium. Both were nicely specced for my taste. I watched them for a LONG time, and now they are gone! Oh well, it will happen sometime.....maybe if another allocation comes along in May?

P.S. If anyone knows who bought the gt silver one from Beverly Hills, tell him he has a buyer for it if he wants to unload it in a few months!

Is that Livermore, W.C. or Fremont?

Regardless, WOW.

Thanks Giantviper. Will do.....and I'm hoping it is gt silver, but arctic isn't so bad either! And for what it is worth, for a short time, Livermore Porsche had an RS open to spec out listed on their website.....not listed anymore.

I dont have it. It'd be useless if I had it. I live in FL though. Somewhere like Los Angeles, it'd be a must to have.
