+1 Love the matte white / matte black combo! I might do the black later, still trying to get used to red...

How hard are such finishes to keep clean?

I was very worried about keeping the matte clean... and I almost went with gloss white.

It does get dirty quickly and shows dirty, but ll you need to do is wipe it off and its good to go (matte white does not show blotches and scratches like matte black).

The roof is matte black to give it contrast.

I took it to the track and 2 days in a row (the day after it was done) and all the marks came right off.

The matte white is accomplished by laminating a matte vinly over the shinny white vinyl (and its thicker too)

The front end was clear bra'ed and they put the vinyl over the clear bra, so it has double protection for the track!

The can just put the matte clear film over a white car or any other to make it looked frosted/matte.... but its a thinner material then clear bra (thinner = cheaper though)

people make waaaay too big a deal about the dirt and stuff on the matte. on my cgt I can literally take a dry t-shirt and wipe off the entire car in a few mins and it looks fine.

matte white is BOSSY. I like it. Saw matte silver RUF a while back and that was what gave me the inclination to wrap mine.

the film is definitely thin compared to clearbra- my reco would be the clear bra the car and wrap on top, as the wrap is cheaper and easier to replace.

OT- I've been thinking about doing a matte blue similar to the peacoat/super navy color from the japanese baseball team batting helmet.

Thanks!
So I could wrap the entire car in thick clear bra, except rear trunk, spoiler and doors and then wrap the whole car matte white minus mirrors and winglets..

Can they replace the clear/white matte finish wrap while leaving the clear bra on?

I saw a matte white CLK Black Series at Premier that looked awesome, so I imagine your GT3 is off the charts. If you are in OC area, bring it to C&C sometime. On the CLK it was hard to tell it was a wrap without getting close up - then you could see some of the edges on the areas that are real hard to wrap. I think the cost was about $4 or 5k. Which means, I'll probably watch from the sidelines...

yeah I'm sure they can replace the wrap separately...it's just gonna be expensive to put the full clear film on (3k ish?) and then wrap the car for an additional 3-4k.

my CGT was $3800 just as a reference.

Thanks!!

Maybe if I wrap the car with a std kit +/- $1000.00 for the parts that really get hit and the rest of the car the vinyl wrap will suffice. My bra looked awful after 3 years, so I have to re-wrap the car every 2-3 years anyway.

Looks great!

There is a write-up in either Total 911 or GT Porsche on a wrap done in England - silver! (I'll check which one when I get home)

Looks good...you're right the pictures don't do it justice. Perhaps take a picture of it next to a "normal" Carrara white GT3 and indoors.
