Yeah I figured that Laguna would be a problem. Skippy could be an option or just rent a car for Laguna. I like driving whatever I am in as they are ALL FUN.
Rad,
I don't have the stock exhaust and getting somebodys takeoff and changing for Laguna would be a pain.

I would recommend Thunderhill just to experience turn 8 flat out, great pucker effect
Not a technical venue but a great track to push it as there is only one wall on the inside of the straight
Running it backwards is also very very fun especially as you can get big air on the bypass, NASA and trackmasters-racing do it this way sometimes

High Plains Raceway/HPR is highly recommended, and has a number of inexpensive open lapping days,
in addition to PCA and NASA HPDE weekends.

The track is located less than 1 hour from Denver, and would be a great stop on your way to the west coast.
I have driven HPR in my MINI GP and a friend's Lotus Exige, and been a passenger/instructor in a GT3 RS,
and can honestly say it compares favorably to Miller, and was as fun as Laguna Seca -- both of which I have
driven in a MINI. HPR has elevation changes, a mixture of high and slow speed corners, and a fairly long
high speed back straight that make it super fun and challenging to drive!
Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask any questions via this thread or PM.
ps: I am a new member of Rennlist because I love Porsches and hope to be a GT3 owner some day.
