Regarding the date shown above for Spa - June 8, per the website this is an introductory track day. For 99 Euros you ride shotgun with Marc Duez (?) for 2 laps and then get to take your own car out for 2 more laps behind a pace car. Has anyone participated in this intro track day, and what are your thoughts on it?

Please do, there are a whole bunch of people that have done trips like this ... so there is a wealth of info for you to tap into!

looks like work will take me thru Frankfurt on the 2/27 ... looks like I may get a day at the ring weather permitting ...

I guess looking at the webcam there is little chance of doing anything on-track in a couple of weeks time other than ski the "white hell" as Jackie Stuart would have named it if he had gone in winter ...
