Talking Some pics of my 2010 GT3

Got a chance to take pics of my GT3, courtesy of Tony (Miami Photographer) who has amazing skills . The car was ordered in July and delivered less that 2 weeks ago, but has already been tracked and will continue to be . More pics will be posted in the next couple of days. Enjoy...

Thanks.

Porsche's break-in...no. The car hit the track when it had 500 miles, oil change the night before and with 80% clear bra installed. Porsche dynos these engine for about 15 minutes prior being installed on the car to ensure they are making 100%-105% at least of their advertised HP. It is more important to drive the car through most of the rpm power band than to stay below 4,200 rpm, or it being driven at the same rpm for extended periods of time. Im not saying "beat on it", but dont be afraid to hit near the redline at least once a day. The most important miles of almost any car, are the first 20-50 miles. Those are the miles in which the rings should seat properly. If its not done properly during those first miles, the car in the future may not make as much power as it should, or may have issues in the future.
With all that said, the car was put on a dyno when it only had 250 miles. Only 1 single pull was done (4th gear) while everything was at operating temperature and it put down 414 whp STD/ 405 whp SAE (17 whp more than a 997.1 GT3 with sharkwerk's track exhaust and evoms software which did 397 whp) on the same dyno, same correction, same weather and again, only one single dyno pull was done on my car. And it will only get better as more miles are put on and the engines opens up more. But lets not get OFF-TOPIC in this thread

They are fantastic figures for a stock car with 250 miles JMD... What would that be "roughly" at the flywheel? 450-460ish?? just curious....

Amazing. I'm going to have to set up an appointment with Tony around March 25th!

414HP, I never dyno'ed mine, but I will with the new one, just to check on the advertised 450HP...

Thanks. At the flywheel, 414 whp (STD correction) + 10%(DT loss)= 455 HP
405 whp (SAE correction) + 10%(DT loss)= 446 HP

I wonder what is the xact drivetrain loss in these cars? 10%,12%, ect..?
