Is anyone brave enough to go for the Superman-style Blue with Red trim?

Order nothing but PCCBs and all of the weight reduction options. All of the available colors suck in my opinion.

I am going Superman - blue and red! I will also be going with full leather, front lift, nav, bluetooth, I-pod, painted console, debating blue stitching and "small" carbon fiber option, steel brakes. Have to sell my Cobalt Blue GT-3.1 - - - any takers?

Thanks!

Mark

The real car in blue/red should look very interesting, not as ugly as people think, but it may look like the superman/spiderman a little bit.

That's hideous. My god how ugly. To each his/her own, I guess.

Very few are ordering PCCB on the 997.2 RS. For me, the cost is the mean reason, both up front and replacement. How about for anyone else? Most of the photos I see of the 997.1 RS have PCCBs.

I'm ordering the sleeper (grey/gold) by the way. I got the hard cover RS brochure from the dealer and it had a pic of the blue/red alone with a grey/gold. Probably because I expected it to look so bad and when I see the picture I was surprised it didn’t. So that might made me think it looked kind of good.

Do a plain gray no decals. Or, better yet a PTS slate (somewhat lighter), non metallic w/no decals and black wheels.

Here are my specs, grey/red. I was going to do Paint to sample, but you can't change the decal colors, and the wheels come silver. So Mexico blue will have to wait for another model.

Blue/Gold
PCCB
Lift
NAV/PCM 3.0/AUX/Blutoof
LiON Battery
Dynamic Lights

Dealer installed rear cage/harnesses.

Full leather adds 8lbs you know? Cow skin isn't light! hehe...

Grey/Gold was my original choice and bet it looks AWESOME in person. Hated the color schemes and decals on introduction. Now love 'em and wouldn't consider decal delete. A rock-star car can wear rock-star clothes...

I would never consider ordering without PCCB's. My C4S PCCB's are fantastic in every way.

Stoppie (Chris Sanner-Porsche N. Olmsted, Ohio)- is the MAN! Thanks Chris!

Vicious, proof-less, sheer internet rumor, the RS engines are dynoing high upon factory testing-460HP
