Default Road Trip 579 mi. today

Birmingham to Illinois 579 mi with 8.26 hr in the seat.
A good driving day but COLD temps started at 39° in Birmingham and just got colder along the way with some snow flurries towards the end and the temp dropped to 28°.

States today: Alabama,Tennessee, Kentucky & Illinois

The car continues to impress with great road manners!

Your gas mileage has seemed pretty decent. I'm kind of surprised the GT3 has the gas guzzler tax.

Good on you... wishing you safe motoring.

Any issues with the car in terms of rattles, excessive road noise, vibration, etc. ?

I realize that, but still, is the city mileage that much worse than the 997.1 GT3? It didn't have the gas tax. Compared to some other high performace cars the Porsche's gas mileage aren't so bad.
