For those of you who are lucky enough to have the RS on order , what color combination are you choosing? Ordered cars only please..

 

I called several people today for opinion, photoshopped and could not sleep last night. My car could be locked in any day now.

My order now stands at White / Red decal delete.
I would replace the checkered decal with the MKI 3.6RS decals, only change text to 3.8RS

I am now doubting White / Red or White / Gold.

Arguments:
I think the red is too bright and harsh, but it fits with all the red accents, lights, calipers inside logo, etc etc. I would never order a red car.
The white / Red is classic for the 72/72 and 996RS..

I could not see myself driving a car with gold accents (Goldmember!)

But when I saw the pics of the UK preview of the blue / gold car, it looked like champagne, almost silver. It looks better and more subdued than red, but you still have the red accents of the calipers and rear lights.

Here is a pic with the actual gold wheels of the blue car on the white car, never mind the greenish stickers..

Do real outside pictures of a white gold car exist??

I like it..But my last GT3 was white, so I was in the mood for a change. My first instinct was white/red. BTW I think I remember yr car from the first DE at Daytona...

 

I'm sold on the white.

I just would like to know the actual gold color, the Porscheusa.com configurator looks like Pure gold, ugly to me.

If the gold would look like the champagne/ pewter on the 2010Cup car I would order it in a second. I would even leave the graphics on!

Maybe they bring out a white / gold one in LA

I am with you, if it looked champagne or pewter I would order also....I asked my sale rep to see if he could get a sample of the gold. He called Atlanta and was told they had nothing to show.......

I bet more could be sold if we could only see a sample of the gold !!

I originally ordered grey/gold and I wimped out and went with blue/gold.

I see that no one chose grey/gold!

 

I still have time to change mine.... Ordered white/red.
White/gold could be cool.

 

Why, are you worried that grey/gold won't look good?

Is the Cup Car not Gray with gold?
I think the above is ugly it is too gold, terrible. But the 2010 Cup car color combo is fantastic!! It could be that the gold is the same, but the difference is daylight ?

 

Definitely a photoshop. I am confident it is not even close.
