In California, your deposit is fully refundable -- you're entitled to renege.
Again, in California, new 2010 GT3's are subject to discounting, so I think you need to plan for the contingency of not find a buyer for such a unique build. Having the engine mounts is an advantage, but loaded with $20K in options will narrow the field.
