Default Lemon Law Advice

Hi All,

Is there an attorney on this forum who is familiar with the lemon law, and maybe someone who has handled some of these types of cases? If so, could you please PM me with your contact info?

For those who are curious, I ask that you don't ask. When the time is right, I will share with you my experience. Now is not the time. Also, don't assume that I am referring to my GT3; I ask on this forum because of the knowledge level, experience, and maturity of its members.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me or point me in the right direction.

Lemon Laws are provided by individual states. You really need to talk to someone in New Mexico. I have been through 2 Lemon Law cases in Texas, but our qualifications and proceedings will not be the same.

You do have another option, depending on the dealer. If they are a member of the BBB, you can go thorugh the BBB Auto Line. Porsche as a manufacturer does not participate in the BBB program.

Not sure if BBB varies by state but here in California, BBB is a joke. I have been through it with my VW many years ago, 2 acquaintances been thru it ( a BMW and a Nissan), we all thought the arbitration process was a complete waste of time. Needless to say, none of us was in favor in the end. I did not pursue further on my VW but the other 2 did with attorney specializes in lemons and were both successful. Just my 2 cents of course.
