Many of the cars on Max Power's fantastic GT3 RS Registry have the note: "Not available for PCNA" (example)

Can anyone explain what that means? I'm coming up empty.

OK, I did turn this up. The phrase appears to be something that Max Power is cut and pasting directly from the porsche.com pre-owned search pages. I found several cars there which have the phrase.

"Note: Not available for PCNA" top of the second column of installed options. Still no clue what it means.
