From my area rep via my dealer:
"Porsche states that other color choices “may” become available. They will not decide until mid December if they are going to be offering other colors."

I swapped my Feb. build for a May build allocation 10 minutes ago based on this info, chances are I will get the real color I want and now even a summer Euro delivery too...

Not to mention I'm driving my red 07 GT3 today in 72 degree weather thinking how much I still love this car after all the work I put into her. This bought me some time...
