I just sent an e-mail to the dealer I had an RS deposit with to cancel it ...
no way I am dropping that much cash on a car with a color scheme from
"fast and Furious" ...

bring back the .1 RS colors ... they rock compared to this ...

Larry, I would have thought you'd go with the blue and delete the decals. Easy fix, no?

paint to sample should be an option. (gulf blue with orange etc..)

based on what is available, id do the following:

-WHITE
-REMOVE DECALS
-DITCH WHEELS AND INSTALL BBS CUP CENTERLOCKS

FULL RSR IN STREET TRIM.

+1 get the wheels in silver or black and repaint nose and rear spolier tips, if you don't like red....

we haven't seen real pictures of the car in the various colors yet. those photoshop versions on the website do it no justice. i think the blue with the light gold might look good with the exception of the mouth piece which seems to be easily changeable for a black one. go for the rs larry! i'll have decals made for you to cover those up with a more appropriate color.

had a white gold metallic 1986 911 turbo. I must say I loved the color...so did the ladies. It will be better than the 3-D renderings on the website but a checkered flag decal? Some seriously lame graphics!

Haha, the colors really got to your nerves. I actually am not too satisfied with the colors, just sorta bearing it. But hey, it's just the color that's not so right, in the other aspects like overall perfermance the new RS still rocks! It could have went more wrong if Porsche srewed up the performance and went with really really nice colors schemes hahahaha! Think of it that way might make you feel better.

This revision project was clearly 'driven' by the engineers rather than the design team - I for one am very happy with that; 15bhp more, 25kg lighter, wider f/r track, new titanium exhaust, short gearing = improved mid range acceleration and all the associated improvements of the Gen2 GT3.

Decals not to your taste, hopefully a simple delete

After all, we are talking about the ultimate driving tool...
