Default Gt3RS Roll cage help

I have a factory Gt3RS roll cage. when i bought one of my RS's, the dealer had ordered the cage to go along with it; the original buyer had spec'd it, and had planned to install it. That buyer couldnt complete the deal and tahts how i got the car. love the car, but i dont track the RS, though drive it a lot. awsome.

i've had this rollcage sitting in a box for just shy of the two years. i finally popped it open and snapped whatever picks i could.

whats the market on this cage? it hink its a clubsport factory cage?
do i have that right?
sorry for the lack of knowledge on that cage. as much as i love these RS's, i just know very lttle about cages and this factory cage.

thx in advance.

Do you have rear section only or both front and rear?

i bought the rear clubsport for $700.00 used.

i have seen rear clubsport for as low as $1700.00 used.

it all depends who is looking.

i would personally install it or sell it with car.

by the look of your pictures, it is the factory rear clubsport bar ($2300.00)

it has the attach mounts for the front section.

(it should have the plugs on the top part of the bar for the front mounts)

sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. i had a few important bike races and i just didnt have time to get over to the warehouse.....
i was over there yesterday and unpacked the big box, took out all the pieces but didnt unwrap a few, though you can see them thru their thin translucent packaging.

if anyone has an interest, make me an offer rather see it go to a good home. no interest in selling my RS's right now, so rather have it go where its going to get used. . if you're local to the north jersey area, u can pick it up. i cant say for sure, but the box it comes in, as you saw in some of the initial photos is big. could be 100bucks or so to ship.

incase anybody is looking at this bar.

i have all the factory mount plates and hardware from porsche to install this roll bar.

(some gt3 and RS came with the plates already mounted on the floor tacked in from the factory under the carpet)

people, bare in mind that you need to "cut" the carpet in the rear and behind the seats in order to mount a factory cage.
i believe that in europe the carpets are properly cut from the factory and may have a seperate part number for these applications.

the RS feels naked without the factory bar.

The rear shelf to fit the bar is a factory part.

How difficult, if at all possible, is it to install the front piece(s) in order to make it a full cage?

FVD Brombacher imported them from Porsche Motorsports in Germany for me.
They only had two left 6 months ago. Im not sure how production works for these.

They bolt directly on to the rear clubsport bar. (notice the black plugs on top of the clubsport bar)

I had to slightly cut the carpet and install the mounts on the floor for the bolt in application.

the cage fits tight and perfect. (with padding it touches the interior panels which when cold can squeak a little)

it required a little fitting and then paint of course. The center bar is adjustable too.
